I had chronic upper back pain, neck pain and headaches after a car wreck twenty years ago. It was debilitating enough to restrict my life. Even though I was having pain all the time, I had become used to it. What I did notice was that I had a general feeling of tiredness and was irritable most of the time. I didn't have the energy to "do those nice little things for others", which makes life worth living. I was missing out on the fun parts of life, only doing what had to be done and never really having any time left for enjoyment. My outlook was negative because my everyday tasks were so exhausting.
Since beginning chiropractic care, I feel like someone has oiled my spine. Wow, what a difference! Every day I wake up pain free. My muscles are no longer tight all the time, and I don't get headaches every day. It doesn't hurt to look behind me while changing lanes in my car. I feel balanced when I walk - like a ballerina. I feel like I have more energy because moving and lifting no longer hurts me. I really have a much better outlook on life!
